This Privacy Policy explains how TxLabz ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use myChat (the "App"), an Android and iOS mobile messaging app for private one-to-one messaging, voice/video calls, and custom PIN-based identity.

Information we collect

We collect the categories of information below. Some information is required to provide the service (for example, your phone number for sign-in). Other information is optional.

Account data

When you create and use an account, we may collect:

• Phone number (used for OTP sign-up and account authentication)
• Display name
• Profile photo
• Bio
• Account type (PUBLIC / PRIVATE)
• Your purchased custom PIN tier (for example: Silver, Golden, Platinum, Diamond) and related subscription status

Contacts (address book matching)

If you grant contact permission, we process phone numbers from your device address book to help you find which of your contacts already use myChat.

• We hash contact phone numbers on your device and upload the hashed values to our servers to perform matching.
• We do not store contact names or other address book details on our servers.
